Privacy policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This policy explains what personal data ZIDONG LLC («ZIDONG», «we») processes when you visit zidong.io, book a call, message us or hire our services, what we use it for and what rights you have.
1. Who is responsible
ZIDONG LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA. For any privacy matter, write to administracion@zidong.io.
2. What data we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email, WhatsApp number and your answers to the booking form (company, website or social profile, revenue range, products or services, average price, main obstacle, goal and budget).
- When you message us on WhatsApp or by email: your number or address and the content of the message.
- When you hire a service: the contact and company details the business relationship requires.
- When you visit the site: for each visit we record the page, the language, where you came from (the campaign parameters in the address and the domain of the previous page), the country and the day. We don't store your IP address, your browser or any identifier, and we don't use cookies for this: these are statistics that don't identify you.
3. Where your booking came from
To know which channel brings each call, the site stores in your browser (in its local storage, not in a cookie) where you came from the first and the last time, for up to 90 days, and sends it along with your booking. If you browse from Europe, we only store it if you accept it in the site notice.
4. Ad and site measurement (Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity)
We may use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram: it records the visit, clicks on the WhatsApp button and confirmed bookings. Meta may use its own cookies. If you browse from Europe, it only runs if you accept it in the site notice.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: it records clicks, how far you scroll on each page and recordings of your browsing, so we can see which parts work and which don’t. It does not record what you type or the Cal.com calendar, and we don’t use it to identify you. Microsoft may use its own cookies. If you browse from Europe, it only runs if you accept it in the site notice.
5. What we use the data for
- Answering your questions and preparing the call you booked.
- Delivering the services you hire and supporting you.
- Measuring which channels and content bring us inquiries, to improve what we publish and our ads.
- Meeting our legal and security obligations.
We don't sell your data.
6. Legal basis
We process your data with your consent (storing your origin, the pixel and Clarity in Europe), to perform a contract or the pre-contract steps you request (the booking and the services), for our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our site and services without identifying you, and to meet legal obligations.
7. Who we share it with
We use technology providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Framer, which hosts this site.
- Cal.com, for call scheduling.
- Google Fonts, from which your browser downloads the site's fonts.
- Vercel and Supabase, the infrastructure and database of our internal systems.
- Meta, through WhatsApp and, when active, the Meta Pixel.
- Microsoft, through Microsoft Clarity, to understand how the site is used.
We don't share your data with other third parties without your consent, unless the law requires it.
8. International transfers
ZIDONG LLC and most of its providers are in the United States, so your data may be processed there.
9. How long we keep it
- Visit statistics, up to 25 months.
- The origin stored in your browser, up to 90 days.
- Booking and client data, for as long as the business relationship lasts and as long as legal obligations require.
10. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to administracion@zidong.io. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also file a complaint with your data protection authority.
11. What we store in your browser
idioma: the language you chose with the selector.zd_ftandzd_lt: where you came from the first and the last time (90 days).zd_consentimiento: what you chose in the privacy notice.
The Cal.com calendar, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity may use their own cookies. You can delete all of this from your browser settings.
12. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its date. We recommend checking it from time to time.
14. Contact
